Klats Education is opening enrollment for a two-day offline training program designed to help medical university educators enhance their teaching skills, improve their soft skills, and implement modern educational approaches in their work.
The project is implemented with the support of ЗMIN Foundation as part of a sustainable partnership.
👥 Teaching Health Forward brings together medical university educators with leadership and innovative mindsets. The project's goal is to elevate the quality of medical education by developing educators as key drivers of change.
Participants will:🔹 Master new teaching methodologies;🔹 Gain tools for effective student engagement;🔹 Connect with like-minded professionals and become part of a community of changemakers;🔹 Develop communication, leadership, and management skills, as well as strategies for motivating students;🔹 Receive practical advice on professional growth and self-development;🔹 Get priority access to future project phases, including international internships.
