As part of the collaboration between Klats Education and the VNMU Student Government, a lecture on "Medical Education in the USA" was held on March 2, 2024, by Matthew McCabe, a final-year student at Case Western School of Medicine (Cleveland, Ohio). The event took place at Vinnitsa National Medical University named after M.I. Pirogov.
About 40 VNMU medical students and young doctors attended the event.They had the opportunity to learn about:— The American medical education system;— The medical school curriculum;— The personal journey of a medical student in the USA, exemplified by Matthew's experience;— Useful educational resources used by American students;— Ways to improve and optimize their own studies.
After the lecture, there was a lively Q&A session where participants had the chance to talk freely with Matthew and get answers to all their questions. The most active participants in the discussion received gifts from Klats Education.
