Modern medical education requires more than deep professional knowledge — it calls for the ability to teach, motivate, and inspire future healthcare professionals.
That’s why, in partnership with FAIMER (an international organization for the advancement of medical education) and with the support of ЗMIN Foundation, we are launching an Autumn Online School for Medical Educators — a series of training sessions designed to help educators rethink their role and motivation in teaching the next generation of doctors.
Over the course of four interactive sessions, participants will:🔹 Master practical tools for providing effective feedback🔹 Explore modern approaches to student engagement and creating a positive learning environment 🔹 Understand the impact of both teacher and student motivation on the success of the learning process🔹 Receive hands-on advice on adaptive leadership in diverse teaching situations
This school is part of Teaching Health Forward, a long-term initiative by Klats Ed aimed at empowering Ukrainian medical educators — strengthening their values, leadership, and teaching skills to build a better future for medical education in Ukraine.
The trainer of the autumn school’s educational sessions — Dr. Lyuba Konopasek, Executive Director of FAIMER (Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research) and Senior Vice President at Intealth, a world-renowned expert in medical education.

Dr. Konopasek has led numerous faculty-development trainings on effective teaching, professionalism, communication skills, clinical reasoning, feedback, and assessment strategies — both nationally and internationally.
